Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing the order. Due to the quick turnaround times to maintain freshness and quality of our pizzas, we are unable to offer cancellations beyond this timeframe.
Incorrect Order
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately by calling +39 06 1234 5678. We will ensure that any errors on our part are rectified with a replacement or a full refund, issued in the original form of payment.
Quality Concerns
We strive to prepare and deliver your pizza with the utmost care. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please get in touch with us within 2 hours of receipt. After reviewing the concern, we may offer a full or partial refund or a voucher for a future order, at the discretion of Crust & Craft Ovenhouse.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that some items are non-refundable, including gift cards and vouchers. We also cannot provide refunds for any food items that have been fully consumed or discarded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was issued, please first check your bank account once more. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
