'Crust & Craft Ovenhouse' originated with one goal: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza place began as a quaint, family-managed venue with recipes passed down the family line.
Marco Rossi, our creator, mastered pizza crafting during her explorations across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza experts in Naples, where pizza was conceived. When she returned to the UK, she was set on replicating the essence of true Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and using only prime ingredients.
Starting from a humble 12-seat eatery, it has evolved into a well-cherished local cornerstone, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine methods stays unchanged. We maintain our traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and choose the finest ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Ovenhouse' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's second generation at the helm of our zealous team. While we've adopted some contemporary methods, our heart stays the same: creating exquisite, authentic pizza that unites people.
